Conveyance, for £90, from Edmund Jackson of Winster, co. Derby, yeoman, to Raphael Bache of Harthill, co. Derby, gentleman, of the close and grounds of 3 acres called Widowfitch, the close or croft of 2 acres called Kirke croft, the close of 2 acres and one rood called Twoetorre Close, and 3 roods of arable land in the close called the Waste, and also 2 lands with 3 pieces of other land at the nether end thereof lying in Grayetorre field in Winster containing one acre, which land is set down into Buckdale northward, and up into the Grayetorr aforesaid, all which closes are or were late in the tenure of the said Edmund or of Henry Jackson deceased, his father; and also one and a half great beast gates and pasture for one and a half great beasts in one great pasture in Winster called Winster pasture, and commons for 20 sheep on the moor and commons of Winster; and also other rights in Winster.
