Conveyance by William Buckbert of London, gentleman, Thomas Wolwoodd of the town of Stafford, clothier, and Mary Bismer, of London, silkworker, to Henry Walker of Castern, co. Staff., gentleman, of a parcel of meadow lying in le Pek (the Peak) in the parish of Ashbourne, co. Derby, called Lampholme meade, now or late in the tenure of John Knyston, and assigned for the keeping of a perpetual lamp in the parish church of Ashbourne, and also the reversion of other premises which the aforesaid William, Thomas and Mary received, amongst others, from Sir George Howard, by a deed dated 4 May, 3 Elizabeth (1561) and enrolled in Chancery.
