Grant by Edward Pease and James Wilson to Randall Wright of a messuage and lands in Birchover, co. Derby, lately part of the possessions of the chantry of St Mary at Youlgreave in Birchover, which they held of the gift of King Edward VI by letters patent under the Great Seal, dated at Westminster 18 August the same year; with power of attorney to Humfrey Sutton and Richard Stephenson to deliver seisin.
Dated as: 21 September, 3 Edward VI
Endorsements: Possession and seisin was delivered the 6th day of May in the 4th year of Edward VI, these being witnesses: Henry Quynten, Ralph Bargh, John Anderson, William Sheldon, Thomas Shaw, John Bargh of Winster, Thomas Bargh, Henry Barch, with divers others.
