Derby, widow of George Allen, gentleman, and Nicholas Allen, son of the said George, to John Manners of Nether Haddon, in the same county, esquire, of a barn, now called the Tythe Barne in Birchover in the same county and all tithes of sheaves, corn, grain and hay and others, called Birchover Tythes, coming from those messuages or tenements called the Lees, the Hiill, and le Bancke, to hold of the queen as of her honor of Grafton in co. Northt. in free scoage and not in chief, paying annually to the said queen 3s. 4d.Power of Attorney to Roger Rooe and George Columbell, gentlemen, to deliver seisin.
