Lease, for one year and in consideration of 5s., from John Flamstead of Little Hallam, co. Derby, gentleman, to Anthony Alsopp of Alsop in the Dale, co. Derby, William Eyre of Holme, in the parish of Bakewell, co. Derby, Josiah Trott of Mappleton, co. Derby, esquires, Richard Buxton of Carsington, co. Derby, Anthony Bunting of Wirksworth, co. Derby, William Turner of Derby, gentlemen, and Paul Webster of Chesterfield, co. Derby, merchant, of all those pieces or parcels of land containing about 550 acres decreed to the Commoners of Alderwasley and Ashleyhay in the said county, being parcel of Millehay alias Milnehay Moore alias Milley Ward alias Colebrooke Ward, parcel of the late forest or chase of Duffield Frith in the said county.
