Grant by Robert Boughton to Eudo Aspelon and Reginald Baynebrigge, clerks, Robert Aspelon, gentleman, and Robert Cream, yeoman, of one messuage in Cambridge in the parish of All Saints lying between the messuage of the vicar of the parish church of All Saints on the one part, and the messuage late Henry Grymbold on the other part, and which abutts on one headland on the king's highway and on the other headland onto the messuage late John Croft, which messuage the said Robert Boughton late had of the grant of Richard Edon, gentleman, who was enfeoffed to the use of Edward Jakeson, clerk, deceased, by the last will and testament of the said Edward, as contained in a charter dated 31 August,19 Henry VIII; to hold to the use of the said Eudo Aspelon.
