Grant by John Wighton, John Hundreder and Richard Ade to Thomas Fyncham, gentleman, Richard Sokeburn, John Radclyff and John Gyrton, clerks, John Hesewell, Richard Holmes, Thomas Pomell, Henry Kale and John Adam, burgesses of the town of Cambridge, of one messuage in Cambridge in the parish of All Saints lying between the messuage of the vicar of the parish church of All Saints on the one part, and the messuage late Henry Grymbold on the other part, and which abutts on one headland on the king's highway and on the other headland onto the messuage late John Croft, which messuage the said grantors, together with the said John Croft, burgess of Cambridge, Henry Cossey, and John Woode, clerks, now deceased, had by the grant of John Fylay, clerk, as contained in a charter dated at Cambridge, 23 January 49 Henry VI and in the readeption of his full power, to hold to the said grantors to the use of the last will of the said John Woode. Dated at Cambridge.
