Grant by Ralph Pynchebek, clerk, and John Bawdewyn alias John Reson, to Henry Cossey, clerk, John Woode, and Richard Smyth, apothecary, of a messuage in Cambridge in the parish of All Saints, lying between the messuage of the vicar of the parish church of All Saints on the one part, and the messuage of Henry Grombold [Grymbold], baker, on the other part, and which abutts on one headland on the king's highway and on the other headland onto the messuage of the said John Crofte, which messuage the said Ralph Pynchebek, clerk, by the name of Master Ralph Pynchebek, and John Bawdewyn otherwise called John Reson, by the name of John Reson, together with Richard Baker of Cambridge, John Gylmyn and Thomas Key, now deceased, and Joan, wife of John Burne and late the wife of the aforesaid Richard Baker (which said John and Joan by their deed dated 6 June last past released all their right and claim in the said messuage to the said Ralph and John Reson) had of the grant of Master Richard le Scrope, Master of the King's Hall in Cambridge and the Fellows of the same Hall as appears in a charter dated 10 March 4 Edward IV (1464).Dated Cambridge.
