Release by John Burne of Cambridge and Joan his wife, late the wife of Richard Baker of Cambridge, to Ralph Pynchebek and John Reson of all their right and claim in a messuage in Cambridge in the parish of All Saints lying between the messuage of the vicar of the parish church of All Saints on the one part, and the messuage of Henry Grombold [Grymbold], baker, on the other part, and which abutts on one headland on the king's highway and on the other headland onto the messuage of the said John Crofte, which messuage the said Joan, together with the said Richard Baker, late her husband, John Gylmyn, baker and Thomas Key, now deceased, had of the grant of Master Richard le Scrope, Master of the King's Hall in Cambridge and the Fellows of the same Hall as appears in a charter dated 10 March 4 Edward IV (1464).
