Release from Edward Deyne [signs Dayne] of Beeley, co. Derby, yeoman, to John Greaves of the same place, yeoman, of all his title and claim he has or had or will have in that part of the manor of Beeley together with all lands belonging to the same, now in the occupation of the said John, and in a moiety of an annual rent of 33s.7d. from the 6th part of the said manor, now in the tenure of Richard Wennesley esquire, in an annual rent of 20s.5d. and a halfpenny, part of an annual rent of 22s.3d. from a 9th part of the said manor, now in the occupation of John Held, in the whole of an annual rent of 16s.1d. from a 12th part of the said manor, now in the occupation of Henry Norman, and also in a yearly free rent of 2s.2d. issuing from lands and tenements in Beeley now in the tenure of George Higdon, in a yearly free rent of 2s.10d. being parcel of a free yearly rent of 5s.10d. from lands now in the tenure of John Norman of le Greves [The Greaves] in Beeley, in a customary yearly rent of 2s.8d. from lands now in the tenure of John Cockayne of Falenge in Beeley, in one yearly rent of 3d. from a tenement in Beeley now in the occuapation of Robert Smith, and in a customary yearly rent of 7d. from a tenement in Beeley now in the tenure of Richard Cokeyn.
