Confirmation by Sir Godfrey Foliambe, of Walton, co. Derby, knight, and Godfrey Foliambe esquire, son and heir of the said Sir Godfrey Foliambe of Walton, co. Derby, to Richard Townende of Worsborough, co. York, yeoman, of the articles specified in an agreement dated 20 February last past between the same, and in which the said Sir Godfrey and Godfrey his son granted to the said Richard 2 tofts with one barn lying in Ulley in the said county of York called the Lathe Yarde and Tootehill Yarde, in the tenure of Robert Gervis, together with 46 acres of land, and let at an annual rent of 20s.Power of Attorney to Richard Gervis and John Bate to deliver seisin.
