Covenant by Richard Bradshae of Bowden, co. Derby, gentleman, to William Bradshae of Marple, co. Chest., gentleman, that where the said William is bound to pay yearly during the said Richard during his lifetime £6.13s.4d., he the said Richard will now let off the said William the sum of 40s. part of the abovesaid rent from the date hereof to the end and trust of the natural life of Katherine, wife of the said Richard, as the same appears in a pair of indentures of even date between the said Richard and William of the one part, and Thomas Savage and Elis Staleys of the other whereby the said William will pay the said sum of 40s. to the said Richard to the use of the said Katherine his wife.
