Derby, yeoman, of a close containing about 5 acres 'by Cheshyre measure' , being part of a herbage called Main Stoufield alias Chimileyes alias Chinleies [Chinley], co. Derby, and lying in a place called Boores Cloughe Bancke, abutting on the east onto land belongng to John Olliver, on the west on the Slatebrecks, on the north onto land belonging to the said John Olliver, on the south onto land belonging to William Carrington, and now in the tenure of the said Ralph; annual rent, 50s. and one capon at Easter.
