Grant by Godfrey Bradshawe of Bradshaw, co. Derby, gentleman, for the natural love and affection he has for Francis Bradshaw, gentleman, his son and heir apparent, for the better advancement for the younger sons and daughters of the said Francis, and with regard to divers sums of money received which did rightly belong to the said Francis in right of Anne, his late wife, deceased, to the said Francis, of all his goods, chattels and cattle, viz. 8 oxen, 80 of the best sheep, 8 kine, two-thirds of all the husbandry mares, all the calves, one half of all the hay, all his term of years in the herbage of Chinley, and all crofts and cottages there, half of all his bedding, beds, boards, pewter, brass and all other implements of house.Read, sealed and delivered and one pewter candlestick delivered in full possession of all the premises, in witness of Nicholas Bagshawe and John Marchenton.
