Grant by Godfrey Bradshawe of Bradshaw in the parish of Chapel en le Frith, co. Derby, to Otwell Alyn, John Savage, James Linacre, Gervase Eyre, Leonard Shalcross, Anthony Brown, Henry Bagshaw, Adam Eyre and Edmund Jawdrall, gentlemen, of a capital messuage with lands in Bradshaw aforesaid, now or late in the tenure of the said Godfrey, Leonard Shalcross, Leonard Bradshaw, Henry Bradshaw, John Bagshawe, Henry Bradsha [Bradshaw], Richard Benett, Richard Wilson, John Standley, Laurence Kyrke and Ralph Eyre in the said parish of Chapel en le Frith and in co. Derby, to hold to the use of the said Godfrey for his lifetime, and after his death to his son and heir apparent, Francis Bradshaw and his heirs male, and in default in tail to Peter, Leonard, Godfrey and Henry Bradshaw brothers of the said Francis, and then to Henry, Francis and Anthony Bradshaw, brothers of the said Godfrey the elder, then to Henry Bradshaw, uncle of the same Geoffrey, remainder to the right heirs of the same Geoffrey.
