Lease, for 21 years, from George Bradshaw of Thorp, co. York, esquire, to Thomas Morten of Eyam, co. Derby, miner, the dwelling house in Eyam called Eayme Old Hall, with all barns, stables, orchards and gardens, and also all the closes lying in Eyam, namely, 2 parcels of enclosed land called the Two New Closes of 5 acres, another parcel of enclosed land called the Hall Yard of 2 acres, and a further parcel of enclosed land lying on the backside of Eayme Old Hall of 2 acres, all in Eyam aforesaid, and now in the possession of the said Thomas Morten; annual rent, £16.8s.
