Sale, for 100 marks, by Dame Ann Molineux, widow of Sir John Molineux, late of Teversal, co. Nott., knight and baronet, and onetime wife of Sir Thomas Foliambe [Foljambe], knight, to Francis Owtram of Barlow in the parish of Staveley, co. Derby, yeoman, of a messuage in Barlow, co. Derby , abutting on the lands of Arthur Mower on the north and west, of the said Francis Owtram on the east, and the highway on the south; and 3 closes of meadow in Barlow abutting on the lands of the said Arthur on the east, and of the said Francis on the west, north and south, together with all other lands now in the tenure of the said Francis.
