Release, for £160, from John Fitzherbert, King's Remembrancer of the Exchequer, to John Porte and Joan Porte his wife, daughter of the said John Fitzherbert, of his interest in all his messuages and lands in the towns of Etwall, Burnaston, Trusley and Hilton, co. Derby, which the same John Fitzherbert, by his deed dated 21 May, 10 Henry VII, sold to the said John Porte for the sum of £160, and that John Chaunterell, clerk, Randolph Billyngton, the said John Porte, John Copwode and John Yoman and all other feoffees of the same, if any, shall now stand seised in the premises to the use of the said John Porte and his heirs.
