Sale, for 20 marks, by William Coke of Trusley, co. Derby, gentleman, son and heir of William Coke, while he lived of Trusley, to Sir John Porte of Etwall, co. Derby, knight, justice of the King's Bench, of a messuage and lands now in the holding of Thomas Meyne and late of Thomas Yefley, which were late of the said William the father or any of his ancestors in Osleston, Trusley or Thurvaston, that is to say, 37 lands in the field of Osleston between Osleston and Trusley; 17 lands also in the field of Osleston between Sutton and Windlehill; 15 lands in the said field of Osleston between Osleston and Windlehill; and 2 pastures or closes adjoining the said messuage containing about 5 acres, together with all other lands now in the holding of the said Thomas Meyne; and also all the evidences concerning the same premises.
