Lease from Christopher Fitzrandolph of Westwood, co. Nott., gentleman, and Jane his now wife, to Robert Wilson and Agnes his wife, in fulfilment of an award given by Edmund Molyneux, serjeant-at-law, John Boys esquire, attorney-general of the king in his duchy of Lancaster, and Edward Gryffth esquire, arbitrators chosen by Henry Willoughby esquire on the one part and the said Christopher and Jane on the other part, and also in consideration of £18 paid to the said Henry by way of a fine, of their lands called Birchwood in the parish of Alfreton, co. Derby, now in the holding of the said Robert and Agnes, for a term of 21 years, and then for a term of 14 years, paying during the said the sum of 4 marks to the said Christopher and Jane, and to the heirs of the said Jane; together with reasonable 'firebote, ploughbote, cartbote, howsebote and hedgebote' upon the premises.
