Agreement, unexecuted, between Thomas Knyveton, esquire, and Richard Coke, gentleman, to suffer a recovery by the Rt. Hon. George [Talbot, 6th] Earl of Shrewsbury, Knight of the Garter, John Knyveton and [blank], of manors, castles and lands in various counties, including the castle of Bolsover and the manor of South Wingfield, Crich, etc., held of the said Earl, to the use of Elizabeth, countess of Shrewsbury, for life and then to Francis, now lord Talbot, son and heir apparent of the said earl, and his sons, and in default to Gilbert Talbot esquire, second son of the said earl, Edward Talbot, the third son, Henry Talbot the fourth son, and to other sons in succession.
