- Foliation: ff 121 + (i).
- Dimensions: 76 x 58 mm.
- Ruling: 52 x 40 mm; 25 lines per page.
- Binding: Full brown goat leather binding, Byzantine style, contemporary with the manuscript. Wooden boards; blind tooled decoration on the boards and on the edges, single metal pin on the fore edge of the front board and leather strap (restoration) with metal catch plate from the back cover, grooved boards edges; four sewing stations, unsupported sewing; Byzantine end bands with red and green silk threads.
