Dimensions: 188 x 135 mm.
Ruling: 123 x 80 mm; written in 1 column, 34 lines per column.
Scribal features: Illuminated pages: ff 1-4 Canon tables (unfinished); f 5 Jesus Christ in a medallion; f 60v St Luke the Evangelist; f 97v St John the Evangelist. Further illuminations in ff 124v, 267v, 293r, 297v, 298, 300r-v, 301v, 302r-v, 304.
Binding: Half leather binding with corners and blue modern cloth.

Custodial History:

Brought from Constantinople. Belonged to the Right Rev. Samuel Butler, D.D., bishop of Lichfield (d. 1839).
