- Dimensions: 242 x 152 mm.
- Ruling: 185 x 120 mm; 38 lines per page.
- Scribal features: The Medici family arms are found in the illuminated border on the first page.
- Binding: Full purple goat leather binding ('alla greca'); wooden boards; evidence of lost fastening, four metal pins mark on the grooved edges of the front board and remaining of removed double laced leather straps on the back board.
- Scribes: Copied in Italy for a member of the House of Medici by Demetrios Damilas (Δημήτριος Δαμιλᾶς, Repertorium 1A, no. 93).
