- Scribal features: The text of the Gospel of Luke and Euclid's Elementa are written in majuscule script.
- Binding: Full goat leather binding.

- f 53 features a note, stating that the Syriac text was copied by Simeon, a recluse of the convent of Mar Simeon of Kartamin, for Daniel, periodeutes of the district of Amid. On f 49, lower half, is a note in a different hand, stating that the book belonge
