- Parchment. ff 268. 250 x 200 (161 x 102) mm. Ruling Leroy 610A1, right hand justification quadruple, 22 lines (ff 1-236) and 24 lines (ff 237-268). Headpieces and initials in red ink. Inserted illuminated evangelist portraits by a Syriac artist, 13th cent.(?), with Arabic marginal titles (ff 3v, 85v, 137v, 215v). Gatherings of 8 leaves, numbered in upper right corner of first recto of each gathering (ff 4-180) αʹ-κβʹ (f 173). 18th cent. French binding of red leather over wooden boards.

- Owned by the Monastery of St Symeon the Wonder-Worker (the Younger Stylite) on the Wondrous Mountain, near Seleukeia Pieria on the Orontes, 'in the days of Hosios Petros, kathegoumenos and archimandrite' (inscriptions in Greek (f 1) and Arabic (f 267v));
