iv. ff. 37-61. The remaining portions of the score.
2. ff. 62-154. ‘The Beachcomber’ (a GFD / London Independent production, based on the novel by Somerset Maugham, produced by William MacQuitty and directed by Muriel Box); 1954. The score is complete except for section 3M3, ‘Prisoners’ Song’, which is represented only by a copy of the vocal part, in ink. Recorded 25 and 27 May 1954 (f. 62).
