Printed full score (Curwen Edition, [1921]) with autograph conducting marks in pencil, signed by the composer. With a letter of presentation to H. Raymond Barnett, dated 20 June [1946?], apologising for ‘the few pencil marks — I have evidently used it for conducting off some time’ (f. 2). See Kennedy, pp. 54-5.
