[11], and, in pencil, address of Miss Wadham, London Contemporary Music Society on p. [12]. Pasted-down corrections: ff. 4-5, 8. Dated (p. 10): 'Paris. Mars-Avril 1927'.
(1.2). ff. 10-11. Autograph oboe part, in black ink with annotations in pencil. Signed on the first page. 2 bifolia (330 x 268 mm).
(1.3). ff. 12-18. Dyeline copy (Chester Music, 1977) with autograph corrections and additions in pencil.
