1. ff. 1-4v. ‘Vivere non amar’. Solos and chorus from Acis and Galatea (HWV 49)(the 1732 version, H-G LIII, p. 80). Only the first letters of the name of the singers are written. The MS. breaks off at H-G., p. 84, line 2, bar 4, first note; after which: ‘NB segue’. See also R.M.20.a.2.
2. ff. 5-8v. ‘Mi palpita il cor’, recitative, and ‘Affanno tiranno’, air, from Acis and Galatea (HWV 49)(the 1732 version, H-G LIII, p. 67). Headed: ‘doppo l’Aria Hush! ye pretty warbling Choire’. See also R.M.20.a.2.
3. ff. 9-10v. ‘Spirti fieri dell’alma guerrieri’. Air for Tenor followed by ‘Scena 7. Amor consola, e affanna, e la speme conforta e spesso inganna’, recitative for Admeto. At the end: ‘l’Aria e un lampo’. From Admeto (HWV 22); not in H-G. LXXIII. Autograph lost; see also R.M.20.f.11. (ff. 22-23), R.M.19.c.1.
4. f. 11. ‘Pur ch’io ti stringa’. Air from Agrippina (HWV6), Act III, sc. 10 (H-G. LVII, p. 120). See also R.M.20.a.3.
5. ff. 12-14. ‘Pregi son d’un alma grande’. Air (T.) from Alessandro (HWV 21) [text only, setting from Scipione (HWV 20)], Act I, sc. 7. Different from setting in H-G. LXXII, p. 45. See also R.M.20.a.5. and R.M.20.c.6.
6. ff. 15-16. ‘Non ingannarmi, cara speranza’. Air (S.) for Diana, from Jupiter in Argos (HWV A14) [a pasticcio, not in H-G.], Act II sc. 1. This is not the same as ‘Non ingannarmi, nò’ in Faramondo (H-G. XCI, p. 54). See also R.M.19.d.11.
7. ff. 17-23v. ‘Non tardate Fauni ancora’, Air, and Chorus ‘Accorriam senza dimora’, from Parnasso in Festa (HWV 73) (H-G. LIV, p. 112). The abbreviated names of the singers of the chorus are: Soprani – Strada, Scalzi; Alti – Dur., Negr., Rosa. See also R.M.18.e.1.
8. ff. 24-25v. ‘Seguaci di Cupido’. Air (S.) from Partenope (HWV 27), Act III (H-G. LXXVIII, p. 122). The original words (beginning ‘Monti voi ch’andate’) have been crossed out. See also R.M.20.b.11.
9. ff. 26-27v. ‘Se mai turbo’. Air (S.) from Poro (HWV 28), Act I., sc. 6. Not the same setting as in H-G. LXXIX, p. 19. See also R.M.20.b.13.
10. f. 28-30. ‘L’ingrato non amar’. Air (S.). Another setting of the air in Radamisto (HWV 12)(H-G. LXIII, p. 122), with some resemblance to ‘Tu la mia stella sei’ in Giulio Cesare (H-G. LXIII, p. 38). See also R.M.20.c.1.
11. ff. 31-32v. ‘Sono i colpi’. Air (A.). Another setting of the air in Rodelinda (HWV 19)(H-G. LXX). Copies of this air, and of Nos 12 and 13, are in Add. MS. 31517, headed: ‘Additional Songs in Rodelinda’. See also R.M.20.c.4.

19. ff. 53-56. ‘Tito: nel descender dal Trono’. Recitatives for Tito, Oldauro and Paulino, followed by ‘Altra legge’, air (S.) for Tito, followed by ‘Scena 2da Antioco ed Arsete’. Recitatives and ‘Mi restano le lagrime’, air (A.) for Antioco, at the end of which: ‘Scena 3a Berenice sovra giunge nell’atto di partirsi Antioco’. Recitatives for Berenice, Antioco and Arsete, ending with words only, without music. All this is a fragment of Act I of Titus l’Empereur’ (HWV A5), the Overture of which was used for Ezio’ (see R.M.20.a.12., ff.1-3).
20. f. 57. ‘Se talor miri’. Air (A.) from Tolomeo (HWV 25). Differing from the version in H-G. LXXVI, p. 19. Followed by a shortenend version of the recitative ‘Conosco ben’ (H-G., p. 22). See also R.M.20.d.1.
