2. f. 17v. ‘Not vain is all this storm’. Version A (H-G., p. 21); crossed out in pencil from the end of line 3, bar 3.
3. f. 18. Version C (H-G., p. 24) from the beginning of line 2, bar 4. In the Bass clef. At the end: ‘Segue l’Aria Pious Airs in Discant’.
4. f. 19. ‘Pious Orgies’. (H-G., p. 22). Marked (in pencil): ‘ex G# una terza piu alto, im Discant. Israelitish Woman’ [sic].
5. f. 34. An inserted blank leaf, with pencil note by W. G. C[usins].
6. f. 35. The recitative ‘To heav’ns almighty King’ (H-G., p. 46) is followed immediately (f. 35v) by ‘Come ever smiling Liberty’ (H-G., p. 48).

12. f. 49. ‘Hear us, O Lord’ (H-G., p. 70). A long passage (beginning at the end of H-G., p. 73, line 2, bar 2) has been crossed out in pencil. The version in H-G. begins on f. 52.
