ROYAL MUSIC COLLECTION. Cosyn (Benjamin). The Cosyn Virginal Book; early 17th century. There is a list of contents, signed by Cosyn, prefaced to the volume, which contains 90 compositions, in Cosyn’s hand, for the virginal (ff. 2-111) and, in another hand, 4-part services in score (ff. 112-146).
