ROYAL MUSIC COLLECTION. Anon. Motets; 18th century. Collection of 33 motets and parts for masses, in score, for 4 voices unaccompanied; all anonymous except no.20, which is by Palestrina. [According to A. Johnstone (departmental correspondence 08/1973) this MS and R.M.24.h.11. (excepting pp.85-96) were copied by John Travers in all probability for the Academy of Ancient Music. R.M.24.a.10. may also have been copied for the use by the Academy].
