Three drafts, one autograph (ff. 1-21v) and two by different amanuenses (ff. 22-35v, 36-44), the last corrected and marked 'A' by Petty and bearing the label by James Matthews (f. 36), 'Various rough Draughts of Political Essays &c concerning Ireland (5)'. Two drafts (ff. 46-49v, 50-83v), both in the hand of a different amanuensis from the above, the text and title of the second expanded and marked 'B' by Petty; the latter is paginated 1-58 by Petty, with 29-32 missing.
