Imperfect at the end. Not in T. de Marinis, La Biblioteca Napoletana, Milan, 1952, 1947. Paper; 14 cm. x 21.2 cm. Written area 7.5 cm. x 14.2 cm. 21 lines to a page. Gatherings of 8 (v now of 5). Note, apparently of ownership, on f. i, 'Fran:cus Vargas', 16th cent. Old press-marks 'D. 36', 17th cent., and ,S.no. g. no.38', 18th cent., on f. 2. Left hand border of arms in gold with red penwork on a blue background, in Roman style, and penwork decoration on f. 2. Initials alternately in blue and gold, in square capitals. Upright Italic hand, with '2' form of 'r', and little use of abbreviation. Original marginal notes in purple ink, and other contemporary or nearcontemporary notes in brown ink.
