Notebook is focused solely on experiments using substances taken from wounds. All samples are described using a name (some names have more than one sample) and tested with a variety of sugars, milk, red egg and other substances. The majority of cases include a description of the bacteria, whether it is gram positive or negative, whether it spores, its ability to agglutinate and a diagram.
