28 Sept. Visit to the Embassy. Lecture in the evening at the University of Copenhagen, including press conference.
29 Sept. Leaves for Kalunborg and take boat to Aarhus. Dinner at Ritz with Cai Holten (President, Jutland Medical Society) and Dean of Medicine at University.

2 Oct. Visit to a penicillin factory and State Serum Institute.
3 Oct. Flight to Oslo and gives a lecture.

28 Nov. Flight to Brussels rather than Paris. Met by Andre Gratia (Professor, Institute of Bacteriology, University of Liege), Marteux (Belgian Minister for Public Health) and [Mernier?].
29 Nov. Met the Prince Regent at the Palace. Visited the University of Brussels and met the Rector and Administrator. Ceremony in the evening where Queen Elizabeth was present.
30 Nov. Louvain. Received Doctor Honoris Causa of Medicine from the University of Louvain. Also in Liege to receive Doctor Honoris Causa of Medicine from the University and the Medal of the City of Liege
3 Dec. Gave a lecture, went to a penicillin meeting and received the Liege plaque.
