The journal has been divided into sections and dated (not in Fleming’s hand). Fleming has then added notes in the sections.
Journal covers Fleming’s extended tour of America, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, organised and funded by the American Academy of General Practice, including a personal allowance of $5000. The tour started in February and lasted for four months.
