Notebook of Dr. S. Craddock when he was based at St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington.
Inside the front cover is a label for ‘W. Isacke, Account book maker, 133, Praed Street, London, W.2’
Craddock collaborated with F. Ridley on some of the experiments in the notebook.
Notebook contains numerous markers; these are in Fleming’s handwriting.
