Judge Hutton's Reports of Cases in the time of King James and King Charles the First: with an Index of the Names of Cases. Folio ; on paper.
A Note at the beginning says, " 9 Aug. 1793. This MS. Copy of Huttons Reports does not seem quite so copious as my other MS. Copy. [See Num. 46.] But I calculate that it contains at least twice as many Cases as are in the printed Copies. It begins and ends like the printed Reports, and has not the full account of Judge Huttons Case with Harrison, which my other Copy contains, but only the short Report in print. FRANCIS HARGRAVE."
