In this Collection there is a Report of the Case of Manby and Scott, with Lord C. J. Hyde's Argument in the Exchequer Chamber verbatim. There is also a Report of the famous Case of Somes and Barnardiston containing the Arguments of the Counsel in B. R. and those of the Judges upon the Writ of Error in the Exchequer Chamber.
