1. Some few Cases in B. R. Easter Term, 19 Cha. II. The first, and principal one being the Case of Sir Hugh Wyndham and others, of a Somersetshire Grand Jury fined by Lord Ch. J. Keeling for a finding against his direction. fol. 1.
2. Arguments of Sir Francis North, afterwards Lord Keeper North, in Potter & North. (Printed 1 Ventr. 383.) fol.
3. Arguments (as Mr. Hargrave apprehended by Sir Francis North,) in three other Cases, namely, Cooley and Jemotte. fol. 23. The great Case of Thomas and Lorrell on the King's power of dispensing with Statutes. fol. 32. & The Case of Patent for the sole Printing of Law Books. fol. 45.
4. Lord Keeper North's Argument as Ch. Just. of C.
