No general title is given, and the text varies in places from No. 113. The first chapter is headed " The lawfullnesse of King Henry the 8th his marriage with Queen Katherine; the severall impediments which annulled the marriage of the said king with Anne Bullen and disabled their issue to the succession of the crowne of England; being the true and reall cause why Queen Mary of Scotland, the rightfull heire of the said crowne, was in her life time by the state of England persecuted and oppressed."
