" A relacion of the treaty touching the new letting to farme of his Maiesties customes and subsidyes called the great farme, propounded for 3 yeares" from 24 Dec. 1638, "and of the dutyes vpon wines and currans called the petty farme, propounded for 3 yeares " from 25 March, 1639. f. 33. Followed (ff. 53-116) by other papers concerning the farming of the customs to Sir John Harrison and others, 1637-1662, including (f. 57) a " Discourse of Sir Jo.
