TREATISE On Judicature in Parliament, evidently written in the reign of Charles I., beg. " The execucion of all our lawes." Precedents are freely quoted, the last being the accusations of the Earl of Bristol and the Duke of Buckingham in 1626; and the treatise must have been written between that date and the trial of Strafford in 1640. A table of contents is prefixed in a later hand. Paper; ff. 73. xviith cent. Belonged to Thomas Astle. Small folio.
