With dedicatory letter, dated 20 Sept. 1622, addressed to Sir Humphrey May, Knt., Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Clerk to the Court of Star Chamber, and Thomas May, his brother, Deputyclerk of the same. The writer, Isaac Cotton, styles himself " your servant and clarke in your office of Star Chamber," and speaks of having had " thirty yeares experience there." Autograph. Paper; ff. 150. A.D. 1622. Belonged to Thomas Astle. Duodecimo.
