2. "Formes of Passeports in Latin, English, French, Italian, etc.," chiefly granted by Heneage Finch, Earl of Winchilsea, ambassador at Constantinople; among others, to Lord Henry Howard (1 Oct. 1665), Sir Philip Mathewes, Bart., Will. Golt, merchant, and the Marchese Bernardo Pecori. f. 15.
3. "Certaine rules and observations for a Secretary," as to the conduct of his correspondence. f. 21.
