With names of witnesses on an attached schedule.
Endorsed in a 10th-century hand, ‘to cert’; in a 10th- or 11th-century hand, ‘+ ðis is sio boc to cert··,’; and in a 12th-century hand, ‘Ethelwlf rex dedit chert ethelmode ministro suo.’ and ‘.latine.’
