GRANT from Geoffrey Costyn, of Ipswich, John dil Berne, warden of the chapel of St. Edmund of Pontigny, and John Lytel, chaplain, to Laurence fil. Will. del Weute, of Ipswich, and Margaret his wife, of a messuage in St. Laurence's parish, Ipswich, "cum decem bordis cum fundo" in the fishmarket there, the reversion of a messuage held by Juliana Sket for life, land in the suburb of Ipswich near the king's highway, leading from the house of Beatrice Pikethedam towards Clymentstrete, all the goods and chattels in the said tenements being sold to the said Laurence and Margaret.
