CONFIRMATION by Henry [Murdac], Archbishop of York, of the charter of Eustace fil. Johannis founding the Priory of Watton, co. York, and the confirmation of the same at Beverley [E.R. co. York] by William Fossard, with the latter's grant of the service of two knights due to him from the said Eustace, and whatever he holds in Watton, for the support of thirteen canons to perform divine service for the nuns of Watton according to the institutions of the Order of Sempringham.
